Depends upon the type of device and the app you want to use, there are many different ways for IPTV providers to activate your subscription. V2TV use MAC address based subscription which require MAC address on Android devices and Amazon Firestick while ForeverTV supports MAC based, Activation code, M3U and Xtream Codes (username and password)

Common issues and mistakes.
If you get a message stating that your firmware needs to be updated, you have most likely entered the Portal URL incorrectly.
If you get an authentication screen asking for a username/password, it usually means that we have not yet activated your service or the Virtual MAC address you provided to us does not match the one on the app.
If you don’t have access the the custom portal on the app, it usually means that you did not register the Software ID under “Device Info” on the Smart-STB website.
You will need to install the XtremeIPTV for ForeverTV onto your device.
The XtremeIPTV app is supported by iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
Macbook device is not supported.
Below is the instruction.
1. Download and Install the XtremeIPTV (Free) for ForeverTV from the app store
2. Place an order for a subscription here. In the Order notes box, specify that you will be using the XtremeIPTV app for iOS device.
3. We don’t need any MAC address from customers when using the Apple devices so no need to provide it.
4. Make payment for your order.
5. Wait for confirmation email from us providing you with a username and password.
